Experience:
- Creating robust recruitment process frameworks, policies and guidelines to ensure the hiring process is effective and compliant, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Building a leading a high performing talent acquisition team in a fast-growing financial services organisation, which delivered over 400+ new hires per annum across multiple locations in the EMEA region.
- Being significantly involved in various Application Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Technology implementations to streamline and optimise HR processes in financial services fast-environments.
- Implementing and managing the Apprenticeship Levy scheme for a financial services organisation.
- Conduction in-depth HR interviews tailored to the requirements of the Senior Manager Certification Regime (SMCR) and Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR) regulations.

- Assessing transaction types to determine potential obligations under the Securities Financing Transaction Regulation (“SFTR”) and Approved Publication Arrangement (“APA”) requirements in the second Markets in Financial Instruments Directive ("MiFID II") / MiFIR package
- Establishing processes for the conduct of best execution monitoring by buy side hedge funds on their sell side brokers
- Selecting vendors for the purpose of performing monitoring for potential market abuse on the equities markets
- Creating a framework for fixed income brokers to share trade ideas in compliance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (“MAR”)
