Financial regulatory consulting firm A.C.Culley & Co. has changed its name to C & G Regulatory Solutions after Lewis Gurry became a shareholder in the company. From today, Lewis joins C & G’s board as a director and full-time consultant. C & G has contracted with an office services firm to obtain an address and the ability to use workspace at 20 St Andrew Street in Central London. C & G’s registered office will remain at International House in Southampton and will continue as a venue for serving clients based in the Channel Islands and on the South Coast. These developments represent the logical next step for a business that has witnessed rapid growth since its foundation in September 2021.

Lewis brings extensive experience of investment regulation and compliance matters to C & G. Lewis had previous served as Group Compliance Officer at Sucden Financial, a global multi-asset execution and clearing broker, for nearly eight and half years. At Sucden, Lewis managed a team of 6 compliance professionals covering operations in several jurisdictions, including the United States and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Sucden, Lewis spent four years at electronic trading pioneer Instinet in anti-money laundering and compliance roles. During his career, Lewis has frequently interacted with regulators on wide variety of topics. Lewis holds a 1^st Class BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
