Alexander Culley founded C & G Regulatory Solutions as A.C.Culley & Co. in September 2021 to offer businesses active in the financial services sector first class support with financial regulatory governance, risk and conduct matters. 

A.C.Culley & Co. experienced rapid growth in client take on. By mid 2022, A.C.Culley & Co. had already provided services to a diverse book of clients including broker dealers, fund managers, payment services enterprises, trading venues and non-financial counterparties active in the commodities markets. These clients emanated from several jurisdictions including Gibraltar, Malta, Monaco, the UAE and the UK. 

To build on the initial success of A.C.Culley & Co., experienced practitioner Lewis Gurry  joined the business as a director and joint shareholder in mid 2022.  To reflect the new partnership, A.C.Culley & Co. rebranded as C & G Regulatory Solutions. Furthermore, the firm added premises in the City of London to complement its hub and registered address in Southampton, offering London based clients a convenient and spectacular location to meet C & G consultants.
