On 16th February 2022 A.C.Culley & Co. was admitted to the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (the “APCC”).

Recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) and other regulators, the APCC is a professional body for compliance consultants who provide services to financial services firms in the UK. The APCC oversees a Code of Ethics that its members are expected to follow. Furthermore, it aims to strengthen ties between consulting firms through a number of working groups. The APCC also plays a key role in the provision of learning and development resources.
